I’M SEEING ICE IN MY CONDENSER, COIL, OR LINE SET, WHAT DO I DO?If you ever see ice around your outside condenser or inside coil, the first thing you need to do is turn the air conditioner off from the thermostat and set your fan to “ON”. This will allow air movement through the system in order to allow that ice to thaw. Please keep in mind that if a technician arrives at your home and finds ice, there is nothing they can do to help you until the ice is thawed out.
